If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 4 weeks of receiving it. If your package is lost during transit, inform us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs for any errors on our part.
If there are issues with your order, contact our support team at support@pelamor.com. Please be aware that undelivered orders cannot be returned or reshipped as they are collected and destroyed at a specific address.
Wrong Address - If you provide an incorrect address, the courier will be unable to deliver the shipment, and it will be destroyed. You are responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm the updated address with you.
Unclaimed - If a shipment goes unclaimed, it will also be destroyed. In such cases, you are liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - If you decide to return a product, contact us at support@pelamor.com. We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse. If you choose to accept size exchanges, it's at your expense. You would need to place a new order for the updated size, and you would cover the cost.
